Durability and warranty​
​Our new design with reinforced corners withstand repeated drops from at least one meter. These cases have a one-year warranty and you get a new case if the one you have breaks. We would be happy to receive a description of what happened so that we can improve our product.
Our cases are roughly as hard as a hard plastic cases. Wood is a material that can vary in strength, not only between different types of wood but also depending on where the trunk comes from. We examine the hardness of the pieces from which we make the cases. Should the case break against the assumption, it could be that the wood came from a piece that was more sensitive than usual. Cracks in the case can be easily repaired with ordinary white wood glue, read more under care advice.
On cases without the reinforcement, we have a two-month warranty and we will replace your case. We will send you a new case with stamps in the package so you can send your old one back for analysis.

To take off and on
Be careful when removing the case. Don't just use the camera hole to push the phone out of the case. Distribute the force by pressing the openings at the buttons.

Humidity
During the summer, there may be several days of continuous rain. Then the humidity can rise up to 100%. At
these peaks of humidity expand the wood in the case. Our cases are adapted to take up this expansion, which mainly occurs on the width, but in rare cases a minimal and temporary gap may occur. This gap disappears when the weather stabilizes and the humidity drops. Should it be perceived as disturbing, it is fine to attach a layer of tape to the edge of the phone during these rainy days. In this way, the gap disappears.

Free return
If you want to return your case, you can do this and get your money back. Send back in the same packaging to our company address as found below. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer postage (SEK 30 within Sweden and SEK 45 from abroad). We make the refund when the case has reached us. We prefer that a return takes place within 4 weeks of receiving delivery.

Free shipping
We have free shipping on our cases worldwide. They are sent by regular post and go in through regular letter drop boxes.

Surface treatment
The case's surface treatment is done with a few layers of hard wax oil. The treatment protects against discoloration and creates shine and a protective surface. The products we use are completely harmless and are also used on toys.

Cleaning the case
The case can be kept clean with a slightly damp cloth, for worse stains you can use soap. Do not use too much water as wood absorbs moisture. After prolonged use, abrasion may occur and the surface affected, you can then polish with sandpaper and apply hard wax oil (matte and clear) if you want to restore the original surface.

Repair
Should a crack occur in the case, it can easily be glued back together. It can, for example, happen with strong impacts against a hard surface. We recommend using white wood glue. Get the glue in so it fills the crack and wipe off excess glue on the outside of the case, then squeeze together and let dry. Your case will be like new.

Wireless charging
Since the cases are only 2.5 mm thick and made of 100% wood, they can be charged on a charging plate,
Qi charging.

MagSafe
We are working on introducing a recyclable MagSafe ring that can be placed in a cutout on the inside of the shell. The MagSafe ring will then be available for purchase as an accessory from us. We hope to be able to launch this update in the fall of 2024.
